【摘要】窦性心动过缓是最常见的缓慢性心律失常,其表现为心律低于60次/min,可分为生理性和病理性两种。生理性窦性心动过缓不需要治疗;病理性窦性心动过缓视病情的轻重缓急可施以药物治疗和安置心脏起搏器。其护理工作系统性、整体性很强,要求护理人员要从心理护理、基础护理和心电监护3方面做到细致、全面的护理,使患者在祥和、安宁、平静、愉悦中快乐治疗、快速康复。
