浅谈护理工作的沟通技巧

     【摘要】护理人员必须不断提高自身素质、具备良好的沟通技巧及方式,沟通时要实际、因势利导,强调针对性语言,以理服人,沟通内容要有科学性、针对性、实事求是,善于控制自己的不良情绪,带给病人温馨的感受。争取创造一个病人信赖的护理环境,以取得良好的护理效果,达到护患关系的最佳状态。

    【Abstract】The nursing staffs must enhance unceasingly own quality, has the good communication skill and the way, when the communication must actual, adroitly guide action according to circumstances, emphasize the pointed language, convinces people by reasoning, the communication content must have the scientific nature, pointed, realistic, is good at controlling own bad mood, takes to the patient the warm feeling. Strives for nursing environment which creates a patient to trust, makes the good nursing progress, achieves protects the trouble relations the optimum condition.
