【摘要】目的:探讨临床检查,影像学检查对膝关节半月板损伤的诊断价值。方法:取我院753例患者,就他们的临床资料及参看文献(症状,体征,关节镜,X线摄影,超声,MRI,螺旋CT-3D,多层面重建等)进行回顾性分析讨论。结果:关节镜,MRI,CT,B超等检查在半月板损伤中的诊断各有优缺点。结论:膝关节半月板损伤中临床关节镜检查首选;CT-3D,MRI具有特殊的诊断意义。

【Abstract】Objective: to investigate the clinical and radiographic examination to check the diagnostic value of knee joint meniscal injury. Methods: patients with our 753 cases, their clinical data and documentation (see symptoms, signs, arthroscopy, X-ray photography, ultrasound, CT and MRI, spiral - 3D reconstruction level) were retrospectively analyzed. Results: the arthroscopy, MRI, CT, type-b ultrasonic examination in diagnosis of meniscal injury has its advantages and disadvantages. Conclusion: the knee meniscal injury in the first clinical arthroscopy, CT, MRI possess - 3D special significance.
