【摘要】急性期行LC是安全可行的,但术后常规放置引流管,能对可能出现的并发症,如胆瘘、肠瘘、渗血、渗液,可以尽早发现,并给予及时处理,做到万无一失,有利于患者早日康复;而未引流患者观察有关并发症只能单纯地从查体及辅助检查来发现。

    【Abstract】Acute stage line of LC is safe feasible, but after the technique, the conventional laying aside drainage tube, can the complication which possibly appears, like the gallbladder fistula, the intestines fistula, the oozing of blood, infiltrate the fluid, may discover as soon as possible, and gives the stitch in time, achieves absolutely safe, will be advantageous will soon be restored to health in the patient; But the drainage patient has not observed the related complication only to be able purely discovered from the physical examination and the auxiliary inspection.
