【摘要】尽可能地减少手术对患者造成的损伤,一直是外科医生追求的最高境界。随着生物、心理、社会医学模式观念的形成,对组织愈合机理的进一步认识,以及日新月异的诊疗设备的出现,传统的骨科手术也向微创甚至无创方向接近。
