【摘要】甲状腺结节的检出率B超是29.37%,触诊的检出率是3.12%,B超检查结果的阳性率是触诊的9.4倍。说明B超在甲状腺结节的检查中具有独特的优越性。它不受触诊时的各种因素影响,尤其是高分辨率B超能检出很小的结节。
