急性胰腺炎的护理及营养治疗

     【摘要】急性胰腺炎是各种病因所致胰酶在胰腺内被激活后引起胰腺组织自身消化的化学性炎症,是常见的消化系统多发危重症之一,起病急、病情复杂、进展快且并发症多。目的:减少胰液分泌,减轻胰腺负担,修复胰腺组织损伤。方法:对急治性胰腺炎30例,其中男18例,女12例;病因:胆源性10例,酒精性8例,高脂饮食6例,无明显诱因6例进行护理和营养治疗。结果:精心的护理和合理营养治疗对于急性胰腺炎的预后及防止复发有重要意义。

Objective: The reduced pancreatic juice secretion, lightens the pancreatic gland burden, repairs the pancreatic gland organization to damage. Methods: To first aid pancreatitis 30 examples, male 18 examples, female 12 examples; Cause of disease: The gallbladder source 10 examples, the alcoholic 8 examples, the high fat diet 6 examples, not obvious cause 6 examples carry on nursing and the nutrition treatment. Results: Careful nursing and the adequate nutrition treatment and prevent the recrudescence regarding acute pancreatitis’ prognosis to have the important meaning. ......
