【摘要】目的:探讨外伤性脱位牙再植的临床疗效及影响其成功的因素。方法:对临床上资料完整的65个外伤脱位牙进行再植,并进行跟踪随诊,做疗效评价与分析。结果:就诊时约在伤后0.3-0.5h,牙再植术的成功率为93.8%,其中完全成功率41.5%,基本成功52. 3%,失败6.15%。影响因素包括就诊时间,脱位牙保存状态,患者年龄及复位固定的合创伤等。结论:就诊时间越短,患者年龄越年轻,患牙湿保存,完全无合创伤,临床再植可能性越大,合创伤是造成失败的重要因素。
