中草药别名的使用情况调查及利弊分析

【摘要】目的:调查中草药处方,掌握我院中草药别名的使用情况,分析使用别名的利弊,为中医临床合理用药和中药房工作提供有益的参考。方法:随机抽取中草药处方600张,对不同年龄段中医师使用中草药别名情况进行分类统计。结果:600张中草药处方中,出现别名处方428张,占总数的71.3%。428张处方中,老年医师305张,占71.3%;中年医师 97 张,占22.7%;青年医师43张,占10.1%。结论:(1)老、中、青中医师使用中草药别名情况有较大差别。(2)使用中草药别名容易造成医疗事故,不利学术发展,应限制使用。(3)中草药别名在特定的环境下具有独特的价值。
