【摘要】目的:探讨中心静脉导管闭式引流治疗小儿脓胸的临床疗效。方法:局部麻醉下将中心静脉导管置入患者胸腔,外接一次性引流袋治疗3例脓胸患者。结果:3例患者中,发生脓胸后肺被压缩面积50%~90%,持续置管引流天数7-10天。治愈3例,无一例发生感染,出血,医源性气胸等并发症。结论:中心静脉导管持续引流治疗脓胸具有疗效好,并发症少,安全性高,操作简单,患者痛苦小等优点,值得临床推广应用。
