【摘要】椎基底动脉显著扩张、延长、扭曲或成角被称为椎基底动脉扩张延长症(vertebrobasilardolichoectasia,VBD),临床较少见。随着医学影像学的发展,其发现率已越来越高,但在实际工作中,临床医生包括影像科医生对其认识并不够,不仔细分析往往漏诊。

【Abstract】Zhui the teria basilaris remarkable expansion, the extension, the distortion or Cheng Jia are called zhui the teria basilaris expansion extension sickness (vertebrobasilardolichoectasia, VBD), clinical rare. Along with the medicine phantom’s study development, its discovery rate has been getting higher and higher, but in practical work, clinician including phantom branch doctor to its understanding and insufficient, is not careful analyzes often leaks examines.
