【摘要】目的:探讨成人先天性心脏病的临床特点及外科治疗经验。方法:回顾2005年1月～2009年12月在我院接受外科治疗的141例成人先天性心脏病病例。 结果:本组成人先心以房缺(45.3%)和室缺(31.2%)最多见,青紫型先心病较少,以法四为主(9.2%)。围手术期无死亡。结论:成人先心病年龄不是选择手术的关键,只要掌握好成人先心病特点的情况下,积极考虑手术治疗,仍可取得满意疗效。

【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics of adult congenital heart disease and surgical treatment. Methods: January 2005 ~ December 2009 in our hospital for surgical treatment of 141 patients with adult congenital heart disease cases. Results: The composition of human congenital heart to atrial septal defect (45.3%) and ventricular septal defect (31.2%) were the most common cyanotic congenital heart disease less, mainly to TOF (9.2%). No perioperative deaths. Conclusion: The age of adult congenital heart surgery is not the key to choose, as long as mastering the characteristics of adult congenital heart disease cases, actively considering surgery, can still obtain satisfactory results ......
