【摘要】目的:评价缬沙坦对老年原发性高血压患者的治疗效果。方法:随即抽取老年原发性高血压患者30例,口服缬沙坦80mg/d,两周后效果不明显的改为160mg/d 。结果:四周后收缩压及舒张压均明显降低,对心率影响不大。结论:缬沙坦是一种安全、可靠的降压药。
