氨氯地平联合缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床观察

【摘要】目的:研究观察氨氯地平、缬沙坦治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效。方法:93例原发性高血压患者随机分成A、B、C三组,每组31例,A组给予口服氨氯地平5-10mg/日,B组给予口服缬沙坦80-160mg/日,C组给予口服氨氯地平5-10mg/日缬沙坦80-160mg/日。三组均连续观察8w。结果:A组总有效率80.6%,B组总有效率77.4%,C组总有效率100%。结论:氨氯地平、缬沙坦联合治疗原发性高血压的临床疗效明显优于单纯用药治疗。

A Clinical Research of the Treatment of Amlodipine associate with Valsartan to the primary hypertension

【Abstract】Objective:To research the clinical effect of the treatment of Amlodipine associate with Valsartan to the primary hypertension. Methods:Technique The 93 cases of primary hypertension are divided into three groups randomly,and every group has 31cases.The treatment of group A is taking Amlodipine 5-10milligram everyday;the group B is taking Valsartan 80-160milligram everyday;the group C is taking Amlodipine 5-10milligram associate with Valsartan 80-160milligram everyday.All of the three groups are observed for 8 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the three groups are 80.6%(groupA),77.4%(groupB),100%(groupC).Conclusion:The clinical effect of taking Amlodipine associate with Valsartan is better than taking the two drugs alonely ......
