【摘要】目的:探讨奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析我院近年来收治的110例反流性食管炎的临床资料,比较两组的疗效差异。结果:临床症状疗效分析,治疗组55例患者,总有效率为100.0%;对照组55例患者,总有效率为81.81%;经X2检验,两组患者的临床症状的疗效有显著性差异,P<0.01。治疗组内镜的总有效率为90.91%;对照组内镜的总有效率为70.91%;经X2检验,两组患者的内镜疗效有显著性差异,P<0.01。结论:奥美拉唑联合莫沙比利治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效优于单纯使用奥美拉唑,值得临床推广使用。
