伤科药膏外敷治疗静脉输液外渗效果的观察

【摘要】目的:探讨我院自制伤科药膏在治疗静脉输液外渗所致的局部肿胀、疼痛的疗效。方法:将静脉输液外渗患者80例随机分成观察组(使用本院自制伤科药膏外敷)和对照组(50%硫酸镁湿敷)两组,观察肿胀消退和止痛情况。结果:使用伤科药膏外敷组输液外渗所致的局部肿胀和疼痛的有效率明显高于对照组,经x2检验,具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结论:伤科药膏外敷用于静脉输液外渗值得临床推广。
