【摘要】目的:评价顺铂联合紫杉醇对晚期乳腺癌的疗效及安全性。方法:选择36例经病理及影像学诊断为晚期乳腺癌,给予顺铂、紫杉醇联合方案治疗2周期,评价其疗效及毒副作用。结果:顺铂联合紫杉醇方案治疗晚期乳腺癌22例(61.1%)有效,毒副作用主要为骨髓抑制和胃肠道反应。结论:顺铂联合紫杉醇方案对晚期乳腺癌疗效确切,且耐受性好,值得临床推广。

    【Abstract】Objective: Appraisal along platinum union taxus mellowly to later period breast cancer’s curative effect and security. Methods: Chooses 36 examples after the pathology and the phantom study diagnosis is later period breast cancer, gives along the platinum, the taxus mellow joint program treats for 2 cycles, appraises its curative effect and the poisonous side effect. Results: Along the platinum union taxus mellow plan treatment later period breast cancer 22 examples (61.1%) effective, the poisonous side effect mainly suppresses for the marrow with the gastro-intestinal tract response. Conclusion: Is accurate along the platinum union taxus mellow plan to the later period breast cancer curative effect, and the tolerance is good, is worth the clinical promotion. ......
