综合治疗面部黄褐斑44例临床体会

【摘要】目的:观察中西医结合治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法:44例黄褐斑患者被随机分两组,对照组14例应用西医治疗方法:口服维生素E胶囊0.1g,维生素C片0.3g,复方丹参片三片,均每天3次;15%的沙棘乳剂,一天两次涂面部。治疗组30例在采用上述方法的同时,用我科自制“祛斑粉”做中药面膜,一日一次,十天为一疗程。结果:治疗四疗程后,治疗组痊愈7例(总有效率为63.30%);对照组治愈2例(总有效率为42.81%),差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗黄褐斑疗效较显著。
