血塞泰治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证临床观察(1)

【摘要】目的:观察血塞泰对脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型患者的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型患者随机分为两组,每组30例,对照组常规西药治疗,治疗组在常规西药治疗的基础上给予血塞泰口服。疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组中医证候积分较治疗前均有明显改善 (P<0.01);两组中医证候积分,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:血塞泰对脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型疗效肯定,可改善中医症状、体征,对于治疗脑梗死恢复期风痰瘀阻证型的有效性及安全性确切,有较好的临床应用前景。
