【摘要】目的:探讨经腹疝环腹膜外旷置术对小儿腹股沟斜疝的治疗效果及临床特点。方法:分析从2000.3-2010.4年我院采用经腹疝环腹膜外旷置术治疗小儿腹股沟斜疝的病例,共计69例。结果:69例中仅出现一例疝复发患儿,其余全部治愈。结论:经腹疝环腹膜外旷置术具有操作简单、易于掌握、损伤小、出血少、并发症及复发罕见等优点,值得临床中实际应用。

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the effect and clinical feature of Tran abdominal hernia ring extra peritoneal exteriorization for the treatment of pediatric indirect inguinal hernia.Methods: The Analysis of Tran abdominal hernia ring extra peritoneal exteriorization which was performed on 69 patients with indirect inguinal hernia form March 2000 to April 2010. Results: All patients were cured except one. None of them has complications and recurrence. Conclusion:The procedure of Tran abdominal hernia ring ex-traperitoneal exteriorization has the advantages of easier performance, small injury, little hemorrhage and rare complication and recurrence. ......
