【摘要】糖尿病足(DF)是糖尿病的并发症之一,多发生在40岁以上2型糖尿病患者,其发生主要与血糖控制不良、脂代谢紊乱和神经病变有关,是导致下肢截肢,特别是高位截肢和再次截肢的主要原因。

【Abstract】Diabetes foot (DF) is one of diabetes’ complications, occurs above 40 years old 2 diabetics, it occurs mainly with the blood sugar control bad, the fat metabolic disorder and the nerve pathological change related, causes the lower limb amputation, specially high amputation and once more amputation primary cause.
