【摘要】面对婚检率的急剧下降,为了提高婚姻、健康与人口质量,有些地方实行了免费婚检。南京市江宁区政府于2009年5月实行了政府买单,有区卫生局牵头,民政、计生等多部门联合参与。为了方便新婚夫妇参检,把婚检的办公地点设在民政结婚登记中心旁,一年来婚检率有所提高,达到63%,较免费婚检实施前提高了40多个百分点,但距离我们的目标还有一定的差距。
