【摘要】由于手术技术的进步及器械的不断完善,腹腔镜结直肠肿瘤切除术有了迅速的发展。手术创伤小、出血少、术后疼痛轻、胃肠道功能恢复快、住院时间短、腹部瘢痕小等优点的腹腔镜手术被越来越多的患者和家属积极接受。

    【Abstract】As a result of the surgery technology’s progress and instrument’s unceasing consummation, the peritoneoscope tied the rectum tumor excision method to have the rapid development. After the surgery wound small, bleeds, the technique, few ache is light, the gastro-intestinal tract function restores, in hospital time to be short quickly, the abdomen scar small and so on merit peritoneoscope surgeries perform positively by more and more patients and the family member.
