【摘要】骨盆骨折的发生率为每年20-35.2/10万,占骨关节损伤的1-3%。骨盆骨折可引起出血性休克或其他严重并发症,急救时首先应救治危及生命的内脏损伤及出血性休克等并发症。由于骨折端过度活动可使出血加重,因此手术是治疗骨盆骨折的有效方法。
