【摘要】目的:分析弥漫型蔓状血管瘤的临床特征及治疗方法,提高治疗水平。方法:回顾性分析我院自2000年8月以来,经手术治疗并病理检查确诊为弥漫型蔓状血管瘤的29例患者病历资料。结果:经导管动脉栓塞术和/或经皮穿刺瘤腔内注射术后,择机行肿瘤切除术,肿瘤出现了相对界限,剥离容易,出血量少,完整切除机会增加,致残及复发减少。结论:手术完整切除瘤体是弥漫型蔓状血管瘤的最佳治疗选择,手术切除前行经导管动脉介入栓塞术和/或经皮穿刺瘤腔内注射术可以增加肿瘤完整切除机会,减少出血量,减少复发及致残、致死可能。
