【摘要】术中唤醒麻醉是指手术过程中的某个阶段要求病人在清醒状态下配合完成某些神经的功能检测及指令性动作的麻醉方法,其过程就是睡-醒-睡[1]。唤醒麻醉下脑功能区手术主要适用于运动、语言、及感觉等脑功能区的肿瘤、动静脉畸形或其它病变的外科手术治疗。由于病变涉及脑功能区、手术操作复杂,唤醒麻醉下护患交流难度较大,患者频繁躁动与体位变化增加手术危险。均对围手术期护理配合提出很高要求。

    【Abstract】In the technique awakens the anaesthesia is refers to the surgery process some stage to request the patient the coordination to complete certain nerves under the sober condition the function examination and the instructional movement anaesthesia method, its process is rests-awakes-rests [1] . Awakens under the anaesthesia the brain function area surgery mainly to be suitable for the movement, the language, and brain function area and so on feeling tumors, moves the vein abnormal or other pathological change’s surgical operation treats. Because the pathological change involves the brain function area, the surgery to operate complex, awakens under the anaesthesia to protect the trouble exchange difficulty to be big, the patient moves restlessly frequently with the body posture change increases the surgery danger.
