【摘要】由于各种原因导致小腿或足部组织大面积皮肤、软组织缺损患者有时难以行同侧肢体皮瓣修复,鉴于病人肢体组织缺损、溃疡的邻近部位缺乏适当的正常组织作为供皮瓣之用,或勉强使用可造成另一畸形时,则必须使用离开缺损部位较远的组织来进行修复,交腿皮瓣采用健侧小腿胫前或胫后血管作为血管蒂移植修复患侧小腿软组织缺损的一种手术方法,是一种传统、安全稳妥的修复方法[1],但术后并发症多,主要是预防血管栓塞和其他原因引起的血液循环障碍。
