【摘要】目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤因生长部位不同而采取不同的手术治疗。方法:回顾我院2007年10月~2010年2月,13例患者鼻腔、鼻窦因不同部位的内翻性乳头状瘤所采取不同的手术方式:1)单纯的鼻内镜术式,3例;2)鼻内镜加柯-陆氏联合术式,10例;结果:12例术后随访12个月-30个月,1例随访6个月,治愈11例,治愈率为84.6%,2例复发,复发率15.4%,复发2例者,再次鼻内镜下复发部位予以扩大切除并用微波气化处理,随访8月无复发。结论:根据患者鼻腔.鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤生长部位不同,选择不同的鼻内镜手术方式,取得显著疗效。

Conclusion: According to patient nasal cavity.
