     【摘要】目的:探讨微创经皮接骨板(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)技术固定胫骨远端粉碎骨折的手术方法方法。我科2007年5月-2009年11月运用MIPPO 技术,取得满意疗效。现报道如下。均为闭合性骨折,骨折闭合均复位。结果:结论:应用MIPPO 技术治疗胫骨骨折创伤小,能减低对骨折处血运的干扰, 提高骨折愈合率,为骨折愈合提供良好的生物环境。
