【摘要】随着腹腔镜设备的不断完善和操作技术的不断积累,在妇科恶性肿瘤如早期子宫内膜癌、子宫颈癌、卵巢癌中的应用亦逐渐开展,使腹腔镜在妇科手术的使用范围不断扩大。同时微创手术减轻了病人的痛苦,减少了临床并发症,缩短了平均住院日,减少了病人的治疗费用。

    【Abstract】Consummates and the operative technique unceasing accumulation unceasingly along with the peritoneoscope equipment, in the gynecology department m alignant tumor like early time endometrium cancer, the carcinoma of cervix, ovarian cancer’s application also gradually develops, makes the peritoneoscope to expand unceasingly at the gynecology department surgery’s use scope. Simultaneously micro created the surgery to reduce patient’s pain, reduced the clinical complication, reduced the average in hospital date, reduced patient’s treatment expense.
