【摘要】目的:探讨品质圈活动在门诊静脉采血室的应用效果。方法:成立品质圈,确定“提高门诊静脉采血病人满意度”为活动课题,随机对487例门诊静脉采血患者进行满意度调查,对不满意项目进行原因分析确定四个主要因素,制定相应的对策并组织实施。实施3个月后对307例患者进行满意度调查。结果:活动后满意度明显高于活动前(P<0.01 )。结论:运用品质圈活动有利于提高门诊静脉采血 病人满意度。
