【摘要】目的:观察正畸装置固定外伤性脱位恒牙的临床疗效。方法:按牙外伤治疗原则和方法,对24颗外伤脱位恒牙进行常规处理后,在所需牙位上粘结方丝弓托槽并纳入弓丝结扎固定,定期复查。结果:经1年跟踪追查,24颗患牙除了1颗因再次碰伤松动外,其余牙齿均稳固,牙龈健康,牙槽骨轻度吸收。2颗牙发生根尖吸收,24颗程度不同的根骨粘连愈合。 结论:正畸装置用于恒牙外伤性脱位固定疗效满意。
