【摘要】目的:探讨葛根素治疗稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及心电图疗效。方法:稳定型心绞痛患者80例随机分为两组,治疗组40例,用葛根素0.4mg加入5%葡萄糖中静脉滴注,每天1次,连用10天。对照组40例,用极化液,每天1次,连用10天。结果:治疗组临床总有效率82.5%,心电图总有效率65%;对照组分别为57.5%和47.5%。两组间比较有统计学意义(p<0.01)。结论:用注射用葛根素治疗稳定型心绞痛患者疗效好,不良反应少。
