【摘要】目的:探讨妊娠合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的护理要点。方法:回顾分析我院救治成功的2例妊娠合并血栓性血小板减少性紫癜的资料。结果:2例患者均出现溶血性贫血、血小板减少、神经系统异常、发热、肾脏、肝脏、心脏等多器官系统损害,起病初均未能正确诊断;经行血浆置换、血液透析及支持对症治疗、以及积极充分的治疗及护理 ,救治成功。
