【摘要】目的:观察桃经四物汤加减治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法:将来自门诊的71例患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例,采用桃红四物汤加减治疗;对照组35例牵正散治疗,并配合常规神经康复训练及针灸治疗。结果:治疗组有效率为91.14%,对照组有效率为77.14%。两组间疗效差异存在非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:桃红四物汤加减治疗面神经炎明显优于牵正散配合常规神经康复训练及针灸治疗,具有临床推广价值。
