贵南县农牧区藏族妇女83例RTI情况分析

【摘要】目的:了解五年内贵南地区藏族妇女生殖系统生育状况及受感染方面情况,为今后采取干预措施提供科学依据 。方法:进行妇科检查与实验室检查相结合(生殖道分泌物图片检验)。结果:83例受术者中生殖道炎症患病率占80.7%。结论:本次调查结果显示,本地区藏族妇女RTI感染率较高,其平均年龄为26.5岁,且多以滴虫性阴道炎及念珠菌阴道炎高发、多发为特点。因此,改善农牧区居民生活环境及生活行为方式(如不良的个人卫生习惯、不良嗜好及不良的性生活史)以及合理管理 、治疗慢性妇女病等干预防治措施十分必要。
