【摘要】目的:探讨米非司酮与米索前列醇用于产科中孕引产的临床疗效。方法:本文讨论自2009年5月-2010年5月应用米非司酮口服与米索前列醇经阴置后穹隆终止12-20周妊娠100例,其中初产妇及经产妇各50例。结果:经产妇成功率100%,初产妇成功率96%,总成功率98%。讨论:米非司酮与米索前列醇联合用于产科中孕引产,安全、有效,值得推广。

    【Abstract】Objective: Searches begs for food non-Si Tong and the rice rope front row uses in obstetrics being pregnant mellowly the inducing labor clinical curative effect. Methods: This article discusses from May, 2009-May, 2010 using Mi Feisi the alkone oral administration and the rice rope front row mellowly after cloudy setting at the arch terminates 12-20 week pregnancy 100 examples, initially parturient woman and after parturient woman each 50 examples. Results:After parturient woman success ratio 100%, initially parturient woman success ratio 96%, total success ratio 98%. Discussion: Mi Feisi the alkone and the rice rope front row mellow uses in obstetrics being pregnant jointly induces labor, is safe, is effective, is worth promoting. ......
