【摘要】脑卒中是一组急性起病的脑血液循环障碍疾病,是中老年人的常见疾病和多发病,病死率约占患者总数的10%,是目前人类疾病三大死亡原因之一,50%～70%的存活者遗留瘫痪、失语等严重残疾,给社会和家庭带来沉重负担。昏迷是一种严重的意识障碍,主要是大脑皮质与中脑的网状结构发生高度抑制的一种病理状态。

    【Abstract】 The apoplexy is the brain blood circulation barrier disease which a group acute gets sick, is middle-aged person’s and old person’s common disease and frequently-occurring disease, the case fatality rate approximately composes the patient total 10%, is present human disease one of three big causes of death, 50%~70% survival carry-over paralysis, the aphasia and so on serious disability, brings the tremendous weight for the society and the family.
