【摘要】目的:探讨口咽癌及其向周围侵犯和向颈部淋巴结转移的CT征象。资料与方法:回顾性分析经病理学证实有完整临床资料的40例口咽癌的CT表现,其中扁桃体癌20例(鳞状上皮细胞癌13例,恶性淋巴瘤7例),软腭癌13例(鳞状上皮细胞癌10例,恶性淋巴瘤3例),舌根癌5例(鳞状上皮细胞癌3例,恶性淋巴瘤2例),口咽后壁癌2例均为鳞状上皮细胞癌,并对口咽癌及其侵犯和向颈部淋巴结转移韵CT征象进行分析。结果:各部位口咽癌均可见软组织肿块影,形状不规则,不同程度强化。有15例口咽癌颈部淋巴结转移,扁桃体癌6例,舌根癌5例,软腭癌3例,口咽后壁癌1例。结论:不同部位的口咽癌各有其特点,CT扫描能较准确地诊断口咽癌及其累及范围以及颈淋巴结转移情况,为临床治疗提供帮助。
