捏脊并按摩疗法对难治性夜磨牙症的疗效观察(1)

【摘要】目的:通过对13-21岁难治性磨牙症患者实施背部捏脊并按摩治疗后的疗效观察,就磨牙症的治疗方法进行新的探讨。方法:随机抽取愿意配合进行捏脊并按摩治疗的93例中医门诊青少年,通过指导家属等人员成为治疗者后对患者进行家庭捏脊并按摩治疗四疗程,停止治疗后观察一疗程,要求家属在此期间配合观察患者夜间的磨牙情况,我们通过电话联系等方式对结果作出记录并统计。结果:四疗程的捏脊配合背部按摩,使47.31%青少年的夜磨牙症状减轻,52.69%青少年的夜磨牙症状完全消失,无无效患者。在后一段疗程观察中,无症状消失后又反复的病例。结论:中医传统的捏脊并背部按摩疗法在家庭中应用于治疗青少年难治性磨牙症,疗效显著,是一种简单、经济、有效、安全而值得推广的方法。
