【摘 要】目的：观察综合护理干预在分泌性中耳炎患者鼓膜穿刺术治疗中的效果。方法：选取我院2018年1月至2019年4月接诊的中耳炎患者86例，所有患者均接受鼓膜穿刺术，将其按照入院的先后顺序分成研究组和对照组，每组分别43例。对照组患者采用常规护理，研究组患者采用综合护理，对比两种干预措施的并发症发生情况。结果：鼓膜穿刺术治疗后容易发生感染、眩晕、鼓室硬化、鼓膜穿孔不愈，研究组并发症发生率为6.97%，明显低于对照组的25.58%，P<0.05。结论：对进行鼓膜穿刺术的分泌性中耳炎患者进行综合护理干预能够降低患者的术后并发症，促进患者早日恢复健康，值得推广应用。
