【摘 要】目的：研究个性化麻醉护理对罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产镇痛中的应用效果。方法：选取86例行刨宫产手术产妇，随机分为两组，研究组(43例)进行常规护理，对比组(43例)采用个性化麻醉护理。所有产妇使用罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉。观察两组镇痛效果。结果：研究组镇痛效果优于对比组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用个性化麻醉护理对罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉行剖宫产产妇进行干预，具有较高的镇痛效果。
