【摘 要】目的：分析探究系统性护理干预应用于冠心病患者护理中的临床效果。方法：选择70例冠心病患者纳入研究，随机分为两组(每组患者均为35例)。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予系统性护理，比较两组患者临床护理效果。结果：观察组患者护理后焦虑与抑郁情况的改善效果优于对照组(P<0.05)，其生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：系统性护理干预应用于冠心病患者护理中的临床效果突出，具有较大的应用价值。
