【摘 要】目的：研究重症监护护理对急性重症脑卒中患者的临床护理效果以及应用价值。方法：在本院选取90例急性重症脑卒中患者作为研究对象，用随机、单盲法将所选研究对象分为研究组和传统组，研究组采用重症监护护理模式，传统组采取传统护理模式，对比两组护理效果。结果：研究组患者在精神状态、生活职能以及NIHSS方面的评分均高于传统组，两组数据存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：重症监护护理能够很好地改善患者精神状态，提高患者生活质量，具有很高的应用价值。
