【摘 要】目的：分析进行无痛胃镜检查的胃肠疾病患者实施优质护理的作用。方法：选取我院2018年1月至2019年接诊的胃肠疾病患者100例进行研究，所有患者均接受无痛胃肠镜检查，将其平均分成观察组50例和对照组50例。对照组患者接受常规护理，观察组患者接受优质护理，对比两组患者的麻醉药物用量和内镜使用时间。结果：观察组患者的麻醉药物用量和内镜使用时间均显著低于对照组患者，对比有意义，P<0.05。结论：对进行无痛胃肠镜检查的胃肠疾病患者实施优质护理可以提高患者的配合程度，从而减少麻醉药物的使用量，缩短检查时间，值得进一步推广。
