【摘 要】目的：分析研究个性化麻醉护理对罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉剖宫产镇痛中的应用效果。方法：选取本院82例罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉下实施剖宫产产妇开展本次研究，标本纳入时间范围为2018年02月-2019年01月，所有产妇通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为参照组和研究组，各41例。其中给予传统常规麻醉护理的为参照组，给予个性化麻醉护理的为研究组，比较两组的镇痛效果。结果：研究组产妇的镇痛有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论：对罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉下实施剖宫产产妇实施个性化麻醉护理，可促使镇痛效果得到进一步优化，有效缓解产妇疼痛状况，具有推广价值。
