【摘 要】目的：探讨免疫球蛋白轻链(FLCs)在糖尿病肾病中的表达。方法：选我院45例糖尿病肾病患者为试验组，同时选45例非糖尿病肾病慢性肾疾病患者为对照组，比较组间FLCs检测结果及差异。结果：试验组患者的κFLC、λFLC和cFLC水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)，试验组患者的肾间质小管病变与cFLC也呈正相关，与对照组慢性肾疾病的患者呈负相关。结论：免疫球蛋白轻链(FLCs)水平可以用来作为患者糖尿病肾病的病理学诊断的辅助作用。
