【摘 要】目的：探究信息化平台应用于护士规范化培训中的效果。方法：以随机抽样的方式选取2015年入职的新护士25例，设置为对照组，该组护士均采取既往规范化培训模式进行规范化训练。另以随机抽样的方式选取2017年入职的新护士25例，设置为研究组，该组患者均利用信息化平台进行规范化培训。对比两组护士理论知识掌握程度以及实践能力，并对比两组护士对此次培训效果的评价。结果：研究组护士的理论知识评分与实践能力评分与对照组相比更优，组间对比差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：信息化平台应用于护士规范化培训中的效果显著，能明显提高护士对护理理论知识掌握度以及实践能力，增强培训效果。
