【摘 要】目的：分析研究全方位保温措施在剖宫产手术室护理工作中的应用价值。方法：选取本院102例行剖宫产产妇开展本次研究，标本纳入时间范围为2018年03月-2019年04月，所有产妇通过数字表法进行平均分组，分别为参照组和观察组，各51例。其中给予常规保温护理的为参照组，给予全方位保温护理的为观察组，比较两组产妇寒战及低体温发生率。结果：观察组产妇寒战及低体温发生率皆低于参照组且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：在剖宫产手术室护理工作中应用全方位保温措施，可有效维持产妇正常体温，避免出现寒战及低体温等不良情况，具有推广价值。
