【摘 要】肺功能检查是呼吸系统疾病的必要检查之一，对于早期检出肺、气道病变，评估疾病的病情严重程度及预后，评定药物或其它治疗方法的疗效，鉴别呼吸困难的原因，诊断病变部位、评估肺功能对手术的耐受力或劳动强度耐受力及对危重病人的监护等方面有重要的指导意义。
